Congratulations to our four 2017 winners for their efforts to increase civic engagement by improving government communications and outreach!

We look at four criteria in our judging: 

  1. Is it gorgeous?  Will the design catch people's attention?
  2. Is the most important information easy to see/find?
  3. Are opportunities for feedback and participation highlighted?
  4. Is there a 'call to action' (ie: "We want to hear from you!")
